Regatta Point is a wonderful lake home community in the northern part of Soddy Daisy.
The subdivision is made up of three streets: Leeward Lane, Reaching Way and Windward Lane. Most of the 54 parcels are on year round water while others are on summer water or are interior wooded lots.
Values run from the mid 400's to well over a million. Most of these homes were custom built and do not come on the market very often. With views like this I wouldn't want to move either:)
