The Enclave at Riverview

The Enclave at Riverview is a planned community along the Tennessee River. Situated on 143 beautiful acres many of the lots overlook or have frontage on the river. The Enclave is located just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga as well as just eight minutes from Northgate Mall. The Enclave offers its residents a 3500 ft. clubhouse facility, a junior olympic size pool and two lighted tennis courts, all of which combine to create a special lifestyle along side the Tennessee River.

Hamilton Island

Residents of Hamilton Island tell me it's the best place in Hamilton County to live on the water.

This quiet and peaceful community includes 16 buildable lots plus a community lot with water access. All of these beautiful properties are on year round water and most have docks or docking rights.  Values currently run in the area of $750,000 and up making the low county taxes a plus!

They don't come on the market very often but when they do be prepared to act quickly.

Browns Ferry Landing

Only 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga is the peaceful setting of Browns Ferry Landing. Browns Ferry Landing View

The 65 lots consist of both townhouses and single family homes. The subdivision development was started in 1984 with the building of the townhouses along the river. Single family homes have been going up every now and then since. There are still plenty of undeveloped lots that different people are hanging on to for future development.

Marina Pointe Condos

I really think it is a stretch (a long one) to call Marina Pointe a lake community but since they are advertising all over the place that they are, well...

This development is what was Pinnacle Point Apartments. They are going condo as leases expire. There are a few units that have a nice view of the water looking across Lake Resort Drive.

There are a total of 308 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, a workout room, pool, club house, playground and a professional volleyball court. Prices in Marina Pointe start at $91,990 and go up to $186,371 with upgrade packages available.

Regatta Point

Regatta Point is a wonderful lake home community in the northern part of Soddy Daisy. Regatta Point

The subdivision is made up of three streets: Leeward Lane, Reaching Way and Windward Lane. Most of the 54 parcels are on year round water while others are on summer water or are interior wooded lots.

Values run from the mid 400's to well over a million. Most of these homes were custom built and do not come on the market very often. With >> full...
